A common guideline for bathrooms up to about 100 square feet is 1 CFM per square foot of floor, with 50 CFM as the minimum. Long or bent ducts reduce real airflow, so we size for the duct as well.
Can a bathroom fan vent into the attic?
No. It should vent outdoors through a roof or wall cap. Venting into the attic moves the moisture somewhere it can cause mould and rot.
Can you replace my gas furnace with a heat pump?
Yes. We size the heat pump with a load calculation, check the ducts and the electrical supply, and explain how it runs differently.
Do you work on offices and shops?
Yes. Rooftop and split systems, restroom and break-room exhaust, and maintenance plans with a written note per visit.
Is Greenfield a finishing or painting company?

Which areas do you cover?
San Mateo, Foster City, Belmont, Burlingame, Hillsborough, San Carlos, Millbrae and Redwood Shores.
